Have you heard about this wonderful place yet? Colloquially named Pig Island or Pig Beach due to its cutest and most popular attraction, the friendly, wild pigs that inhabit the beach and swim with its visitors, Pig Island is a place where you can go to soak up some sun, exfoliate your feet in the sand, play beach volley ball, and splash in the sea with these lovely locals.
The pigs are known for loving the snacks they are fed by the island’s visitors as much as they enjoy splashing in the cooling waters. They are still omnivores, after all, although there are some things you definitely shouldn’t feed them!
On the bright side, you might not feel the need to bring a companion on vacation when you can make a whole litter of new friends right on the beach.
Where is this beautiful, piggy place? In the Bahamas! Already a popular vacation spot made an even more unique experience by the native pig population. Visiting the island of Exuma might convert you into believing that you have to adopt a big when you return home, so we definitely want to make sure you get there.
Perhaps not the usual attraction one is looking for during a vacation, but, for an animal person, this may be better than most anything you could have imagined for taking your mind completely off your daily life back home and providing you with some much deserved piggy kisses.
